Outstanding guidebook
When I first started meal prepping, I didn’t always want to append time cooking during my precious weekend. I started preparing only two or three meals and gradually worked my way up to about six. Some weekends I would cook three dishes, while on others I could prep six dishes, depending on my schedule. You can gauge your individual needs and decide how many recipes you’ll want to prepare for any given week. Meal prepping is the art of making your meals the night (or a few nights) before eating. Overall excellent healthy meal prep guidebook for all. Thanks!

Photocopy of a cookbook that praises the benefits of prepping w/o REALLY telling how it's done.
Full of recipes yes, but only a couple actually tell you how to store and serve later. It's a photo copy of a cook book with a glossy cover that is in desperate need of an editor. Nothing about actually freezing the food itself, just how good prepping is for a way of life. Like an infomercial without a number to call for the real product.

Deceiving cover
I'm glad I bought the e-book version rather than the actual printed book. I was disappointed because the cover looks like it's all about prep and making lunches ahead of time, but the majority of the recipes lack detailed instructions and also make it sound like food you eat right after preparing it. None of the pictures in the rest of the book match any of the ones on the cover or the first few pages. For instance, it doesn't show the prepared food in the lunch containers and some of the food doesn't even seem to be included in the recipes except maybe a couple. The recipes look good though, so it's not a total loss.

Interesting!
My healthy meal cookbook. The recipes are great, and really well explained. There are photos for every recipe. This was an informative read. It helped me do a step by step lunch prep for every morning.

Deceiving Cover
The outside of the book had a beautiful colored picture of the prep food but inside was warped black and white pictures that looked liked someone had made copies from their home copier. Very sad. Recipes were okay though.

Don’t buy!!
Looks like it was printed at home with a printer that was running out of ink. Not a meal prep book at all!! Bad quality cookbook. You’re better off getting meal prep ideas off the internet and writing them down in a notebook.

Meh.... better meal prep books out there
I was really excited to try the recipies out. I am constantly looking for new recipies to try. However I was disappointed that a lot of the recipies listed were incomplete. The ingredients list had items listed that weren't used. Or the directions asked to add ingredients that weren't on the list! The pictures are all black and white, which doesn't make the food look appealing.

Eh
It's in black and white like they printed it from a regular printer. No color pictures. Step by step lacks more detailed steps. Maybe more for someone who has more cooking experience
