I have had to buy a mop due to my health stopping me getting on my hands and knees. I’ve put it off as long as I can as I don’t feel that a mop cleans close enough to the kitchen units and past experience shows that a mop leaves a mark round the edges. This mop cleans very well, the brush part of the ‘wash’ side removes the inevitable crumbs etc, and the ‘dry’ side removes a lot of water. Best set I’ve seen.

I was waiting for this product or would have returned it, one of the female threads was missing inside the shaft so had to duct tape the shaft together.

Easy to use, nice and compact however dry isn't actually dry it leaves your floor quite wet just like useing a regular mop once you squeeze the water out.

So compact can leave it in bathroom any takes up hardly any room saves having to carry alternative mop upstairs what a great invention.

Cloth not secure on mop base, therefore it folds back on itself when you try to feed through.

Good product, very easy to use and does what it says. I used it to clean walls as well as floors.

I bought this mop in July and the mop head broke if I sent them an email and got no reply so in January I bought another one in October and the head has broken of that one it’s just a flimsy bit of plastic that keeps breaking I wouldn’t recommend any one gets one

Time will tell how robust this will be
