My receiver "should" pass 4k through it to TV, but never quite handled it. This lets me send 4k HDR to TV and audio to receiver - both via separate HDMI cables. Works well.

I specifically got this to run HDMI in and HDMI ARC out, but that definitely not a supported function. I can run HDMI in and optical audio out (and the optical cable is included), so I'm making do with that for now. HDMI video output is pretty decent - I haven't noticed a difference between direct HDMI connection vs through this kit.The remote either needs a new battery or is non-responsive. Problematic when you want to change output as there's no selector on the box to do that. In general, the response even to the input press button is sluggish, so setup requires patience and changing between input sources also requires patience.Overall - performs ok, doesn't do what I needed, using it as a workaround until I can find HDMI input that gives HDMI ARC output.

Flickers when changing sources....sometimes doesnt register. Remote is practically useless...BUT.....The good qualities are worth having this. The image is no different from a direct hdmi in. I have a ps4 and xbox one hooked into this and have no lag problems. I rarely change inputs so I have no problem getting up and pressing the little button on the box. And yes...the quality is superb. Customer service was amazingly quick and responsive when I had an issue. Resolved immediately.

I recieved this item with an AC adapter that didn't fit it at all. I happened to have one elsewhere that did fit, so I was able to get it to work, but it was a little frustrating that it was packaged with the wrong AC adapter.The device works fine, but I find it very annoying that input and output ports are on opposite sides, so there's no way to hide all the cable connections.

Worked briefly I think - never had much time to test it before the return window closed. Doesn't work - splitting video between a Panasonic TV and Epson projector. When it works, it seems to be OK but it usually doesn't work from the start, or the signal is lost shortly after starting to watch something.
