I tried quite a few. The plant ratio, the number 40:1, represents the number of plants used to make one role. Don't waste your time with anything less than this. If you are like me and spend precious time Moxa, then get what will give you the most pain relief.

These burn very fast and very hot. Not an even heat distribution. The sticks do not last long because they burn so fast. Not good quality.

I was skeptical before about Moxa sticks but my friend recommended them for me. I used these particular sticks for pain in my right knee. I was so miserable before and suffered a lot from my old trauma in my knee. They worked for me and I continue to use them.
