Needed a travel pillow for long plane flights as I find it hard to sleep on the plane. Decided to purchase this one as it’s not like the traditional neck pillow as this one gives you far more options. You can sleep with your face facing inwards or place your arms through the side to give you extra support. It’s very easy to inflate/deflate and comes with a nice travel pouch. Once it’s in the travel pouch, it’s very small and will easily fit in your hand luggage or you can carry it on.Great idea and essential item for travelling. Very happy.

I bought this nearly a year ago for taking on holiday. I forgot it that holiday so have now taken it on my current holiday and used for the first time. I should have tried it when I bought it as it had a hole in one of the seams. Waisted my money and very disapointed

This pillow comes in a compact material carry pouch, it's a little larger and heavier to carry than traditional inflatable neck pillows. It's a really difficult one for me to score really, as I cannot fault the product itself, the quality of the item or anything like that, it's just that the design of the product has its own limitations.It's easy enough to inflate - there is a two piece valve cap, with just the base of the cap inserted, you have a one way valve to blow air in. It means that the air won't instantly rush out, so you can take your time if you need to. The second piece is a simple plug, to secure the pillow and ensure no air can come out. Deflation is equally simple, remove both valve cap pieces and the air can escape easily. It took me six (very large) breaths to inflate completely, well under a minute to do, so there are no issues there. Also, the material has a very similar texture to inflatable neck pillows, a sort of rough velvet. The quality of the material, valve, etc is top notch.Where the product falls down slightly is in the situations that can be used. It appears to be primarily designed for aeroplanes, where you put down the table in front of you, sit the pillow on top of the seat table, put your arms through the side and rest your head against it. Doing so does provide a comfortable place to rest your head, however, this limits its use to travelling where you have a table. When travelling, I may also use coaches / minibus travel and sometimes as a backseat passenger in a car. In such situations, where a table cannot be used, the product isn't so good. You cannot rest it in your lap and lean into it, as it will be too low down. You can push it into the back of the seat in front, but it may slip down. The other alternative (as per the product pictures) is to turn it around, so you are effectively resting your head on the raised "back" of the pillow, this is no where near as comfortable as using it as primarily designed.There is also another consideration when using this on aeroplanes - other passengers.....You are effectively leaning into the seat in front, so when first setting this up and getting comfortable, you may well be nudging the seat of the person in front of you. It won't take long, so hopefully that won't upset anyone, where the design further fails however, is in that if the person in front leans back, moves around or even wants to recline their seat, you will be disturbed. I had an active child in front of me when using this on the first flight I made with this and I felt almost every movement they made, bouncing around in their seat. The same wouldn't have occurred with a traditional neck pillow. Also, if the person in front reclines their seat fully, you are then very short on space to use this.Yes, it is very comfortable if you have a table and the passenger in front doesn't move around / recline / move their seat much, but you should be aware of this potential issue if planning to order. Again though, I cannot fault the quality of the item, it's just that it isn't really for me....

We bought this for going away as we always ha e trouble with sleeping on the plane. I must say it really did help, it was much better being able to use the item on top of the meal tray to lean forward.The material is nice and soft as opposed to a smooth plastic which you stick to. There is double stopper which makes the item easier to deflate so you can roll all of the air out without having to squeeze the tube.Will be purchasing another for our next holiday so we have 1 each!

Really well constructed inflatable travel pillow and easy to inflate (takes less than a minute).I've tried the pillows that go around your neck but these leave me with a sore neck after half an hour or so.This pillow offers a more relaxing posture and is prefect for planes. Yes it does make you look a little silly but is better than sleeping with your head back, mouth wide open and dribble down your cheek!I feel confident it will provide useful in many trips to come.
