The next few days, my weight loss came to a stop, even though I was adhering to the diet. Today when I logged my intake, I scanned the barcode on the container, only to get a rude awakening that this has 9 grams of carbs! I have been using it 2x a day in coffee (morning and afternoon), thinking it was helping meet my fat ratio requirements, only to sabotage myself. Why this product uses "keto" in the name is beyond me!

I’d been using liquid MCT oil which can rather messy to use but somehow stumbled upon this powdered version and was pleasantly surprised. Blends well with my hot k-cup coffees and cold Ninja blended protein shakes. Although it doesn’t dissolve right away in hot coffee a simple stir with spoon/straw and it’s no longer visible. Says unflavored but I can finally drink coffee without ANY SWEETENER what so ever! If on Keto or any liquid MCT oil switch because this will change your life!

I’ve been putting this in my coffee the last few days and I have so much energy!!! I have depression ( and not saying this cures depression ) but boy have a felt good. Again my energy has been amazing and unlike when I drink energy drinks or too much coffee it feels like good energy. I’m not jittery and there’s no crash. I definitely recommend!!! Also the tub is way bigger then I expected.

Love this product. Easy to add to any beverage. Almost zero taste and it actually works. Energy levels shot up once I started taking this product. Keep up the good work.Update this serving size is not correct. And this companies customer service sucks. Once you give them a good review they stop communicating except for trying to sell you more products. I’ll never buy for them ever again period....

Tastes good. Has a slight vanilla flavor that makes my coffee taste different than what I can describe, but good. It is not grainy like some MCT powders that I've tried & it mixes well with my hand blender. It doesnt have maltodextrin in it like some MCT powders that I've tried. Overall I'm happy with it and I'd buy it again.

I’ve been drinking my coffee with my creamer & this week I tried the “Stay in Keto” Mct oil that is a powder. I have to say it’s gotten me back on track.. I have my energy back and my bloat is gone again.. seemed to keep me fuller than just adding the regular oil, which I have to stir every minute bc it gravitates to the top of my cup. This mixed very well & didn’t change change the taste of my normal coffee!

This product is easy to drink alone with water, or mixed in with another beverage; I happen to drink it with my protein shake for breakfast! I was SUPER nervous because my brother said MCT oil runs straight through you and had him going to the bathroom like crazy when he first tried it. Thankfully, this powdered version did not have that effect on me. It's gentle on my stomach, helps me feel energized and fueled for my day, and a product that I will be purchasing again.

I am not on a keto diet but I wanted try MCT oil but after some research I found it could get pretty messy. I discovered this brand of powder and I’m pleasantly surprised. I add it to my coffee along with some mushroom powder making for a powerful brain boost in the morning. I have been trying all types of brain/energy boosting products and this is one that I’m going to keep using. I immediately feel the difference if I don’t include it in my daily routine.
