The chain is of good quality and appears well made

This is a nice, lightweight choke chain for a small dog. My puppy weighs 18lbs and has a 12" neck circumference. This collar is perfect for him for training. I love that it is not too heavy and the chain glides across itself and doesn't catch.

This choke chain is strong and heavy. However I felt it looked too large and was a bit too heavy on the long graceful looking neck of our dane so I returned it and went with a 3mm size chain instead which works out great. The larger 4mm size was a bit too heavy making it difficult for quick corrections. With the heavier weight of the chain on his neck being constant during walks this chain would become more of a decoration and less of a training aid.

As expected, I don’t use it because I’m a wimp and love my dog too much.

Strong in body and mind, a 20 month old "puppy" does catch his attention and he cannot chew it to pieces

I use this for almost 2 years on my 67 lb female dog, who has a prey drive but responds fairly well to verbal commands. I use the same chain on a new dog who weighs 53 lb and he broke it 10 ft from my house as soon as he saw a squirrel. So it's a good chain for a mellow dog. Know your dogs and know what they need.

THIS CHOCKER HAS NO DOWN SIDE IT'S PERFECT

Falls off easily if not perfectly sized. Should have one removable loop to allow for adjustment. I will cut the loop off and jury rig something else.

Seems like high quality stainless steel. Exactly what you'd expect from reading ad. I have a cane Corso and I bought the largest size it was too big and I sized it down 2 sizes and bought another. I can't fault the company though. If I'd made one out of a length of rope just to check the size I would t have had that issue. So no complaints. Price was so cheap it's not even worth exchanging. Even with the excess length it was actually great still for walks. Just it could slip off when a leash was not attatched. Also worth noting my dog has a pretty small head for a cane Corso we think he might be part lab or something. His neck is kinda bigger than his head lol.
