I got a cartilage piercing and had HORRIBLE luck with the internally threaded jewelry they kept putting in. The heads would fall out and I couldn't get them back in. One time I even ended up ruining a perfectly good 18g horseshoe (wasn't sure having a curved piece of jewelry in a brand new, like 8 day old, piercing was a good idea or not, and couldn't call the piercer since it was 2 am and google wasn't giving me a straight answer.)I purchased these and had the piercer put it in after the 2nd time my jewelry fell out. Wasn't sure which length to get so the fact that this was a pack of three was really handy. They used the middle size since swelling was still an issue. I have had no problems with this jewelry. MUCH easier to clean than the flat backs, and much easier to screw the heads back on if it comes loose/gets lost. Significantly easier to replace than internally threaded jewelry. 100% would buy again. In fact, I might since I plan on getting at least 2 more cartilage piercings! (And as of sept 2020 ive ordered another pack for my new piercings. Definitely love these!)Also, the spikes just make me really happy :)

I don't like how this is advertised for bridge piercings. If I put the "biggest" one in my bridge, I guarantee it'll reject because of how tiny this jewelry actually is. Do not buy if your intention is to use this on your bridge unless you have literally the thinnest nose in the world.

unless you have a nose the size of a toothpick, these are terrible for bridge piercings, which is what they were advertised for on my end.
