I've been using then instead of hot compression socks. They are greatexcept they are crumbling around the edges. Should they be replaced??

Waste of money. They do nothing to help with swelling or edema.

I've only worn these for a week and already feel the difference. Yes, they are a bit thin but that has worked in my favor. I work in a busy medical practice, 9 months pregnant and have two toddlers at home. I am in my feet all day and have chronic back pain (even before the pregnancies) as well as scoliosis. I've tried numerous soles in the past. This is the first one I've tried that I actually feel a difference. The lightweight martial helps me not be so cluttered and heavy on my already heavy tread, and the design eases my back pain.

These inner soles increased blood circulation for me but after 4 days of use, the red part of the sole is deteriorating. At this rate, how often would they need to be replaced? Weekly? In addition, the price has gone up since I purchased them! Not good. I was considering buying more but I am a bit apprehensive due to the workmanship of the product.

I have only had them a few short weeks, and they are already shredding inside my shoe, which is brand new by the way. Something that costs this much should definitely last longer. I will be requesting a refund....

I slipped these right into my oxford dress shoes, and they are AMAZING. I didn't realize how good they made my legs feel until a few days later. The insole is thin enough to fit without removing original sole, but it provides these unique cushion pads that are indescribably comfortable. AND the "pump" cushion in the heel is like a boost of energy.

Product listing is very misleading; you are not buying compression socks. This listing is for a shoe insole insert. The insert I received was flimsy and in my opinion useless
