Not bad.
I habe 3 bands in my back that have been spasmd for a month and a half causing severe crippling spine pain.It disnt relieve the pain but helped tighten up my already good posture.

Boyfriend got one for me and him, I’m not really sure when or for how long I should be wearing this, but when I tried it on it felt SO comfortable and my back stopped hurting
