Quantity: 1 pc/pack Main Material: Aluminum Alloy Color: Black For: Recurve Bows using with dovetail style bow sight (with 1 inch sight bar width) What does a clicker do on a recurve bow? Just some more information with a slight variation. A clicker is a piece of archery equipment used on a recurve bow and gives an audible "click" when the arrow point is drawn through the clicker. The archer trains to use this “click” as the signal to shoot the arrow. New and intermediate experienced archers do not use the clicker as they develop the basis skills but as the archer develops and becomes more consistent and wants to achieve any sort of success in recurve archery the clicker is a must use device. How to install a clicker on a recurve bow? This advise came from a archer posting on Reddit. "What I did with my arrows is I measured where I constantly drew, and I made sure that point would lie in between the clicker plate ends so I could have some room for error. This way is great because the clicker is adjustable, and I can fine tune it if it's off by a couple millimeters. It works great. I advise getting our arrows cut by someone who is experienced. It's really easy to mess it up." Good advise.

Easy to use slight tolerance issue
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Fits on sight bar well, easy to use and nock the arrow, easy to adjust, but if you want supper accurate draw length then this will not be for you, the clicker blade moves back and forward due to poor tolerance on the hinge holding the clicker blade. There is about 2 mm of movement at the end of the clicker +/-1mm it might but just though you should be aware of thi

Not for every shooting condition
I used this for a few weeks without any issues. It fitted my Shibuya sight very well and was easy to use.The problem I had was when I recently shot in a strong wind and the clicker arm would sway away from the arrow. I'm not sure if a stronger magnet would help, or perhaps my sight arm is set just too far away from the riser, but unfortunately, I'm going to need to keep this for fair conditions only.
