It's basically "old clothes" recycling in a bag. Or a rag-sausage. Was deformed when it arrived too. but overall, a grand starter bag. I'm not a heavy hitter, but it goes flying when I take a swing. Grand for the kids though. Took a peek inside. Honestly, I wont be repeating that! :D

The MADX 4ft punch bag has been manufactured to an excellent standard. The versatility and design permits the user to add additional weight if required. A baton fixed into a joist in the garage with the swivel hoop fitting onto that works very well. The link chains can be adjusted to match the required height. The boxing gloves supplied are on the light side, but are adequate, I have purchased a pair of heavier gloves but that is a personal preference.

Love this and have stuck it out side my house, can say it works like a charm, would point out that when buying it get a good wall mount cor it, the good thing I liked about this one as well is that it says you can add wait with sand and has the max waight not like the others so bare this in mind if you want to add to it

It's a decent bag. Solid. Durable (despite the white leather) and is standing up well after three months of punishment.

I bought this two months ago and today I punched a hole right through it . Wasn't even hitting it very hard .I'll need to buy a new one now . Annoying .
