Great Customer Service
The upper anchor broke the ball mount at the base on the third time I openned the tailgate. These folks were quick on sending a replacement. Customer service is great. I am considering ordering a second to have 2 on my tailgate.

Broke after 2 weeks. Maybe 2017 tailgate is to heavy because that mini shock was struggling since day one trying to open the tailgate slowly.

Didn't fit so can't use, waste of money and time. Good thing it wasn't expensive.

Not good. Broke after second try. Buy the Dee Zee one for little bit more. It’s welded and way stronger

After installing the kit during testing the tailgate the bracket broke causing the tailgate to drop
