Honesty, it’s a nice bouncer specially for the price but..... the back hook keeps popping out the medal that clicks, it’s not strong enough to hold the hook. I’m sure it’s just a defect, because the other side holds perfectly without falling out. And lastly it would be nice if the straps were adjustable because the straps are in my daughters face and she gets annoyed by them fast when trying to look around and the straps being on her face. Aside from that it’s a nice bouncer. I will be contacting the seller to return or replace, hopefully they aren’t hard to work with.UPDATE:Great customer service. I was contacted immediately and had the issue resolved. I was offered to get the model I had replaced with their new and improved model. The process was fast and easy. Got the new bouncer soon after sending in the bouncer I had initially received. I must say the improvements are great. Very easy to assemble, no longer does it have the back metal hook that kept popping out. The straps are no longer there just the normal buckle, this new design has allowed my baby to sit comfortably and safe without the straps digging into her face. And lastly the material has been improved as well, great design. I definitely recommend the new improved design of the bouncer. Oh and nice little bonus, there was a cute bracelet for my little one, so thank you. Definitely bumping up to 5 starts.

At my friend's house I saw similar baby bouncer, she said its Babybjorn (which cost $200). Here I found this one for $100 less and decided to try it, so now I am sure can say that this one in no way inferior to babybjorn! It is compact, don't take a lot of space, moves naturally with baby's movements, it is sturdy and feels very safe for baby! Very stylish, nothing extra! Happy with my finding!

I bought this as a gift for my sister. When it arrived, I noticed the harness didn’t look like it could support a young baby, but still thought it was a great concept and hoped I was wrong. Honestly it looks nicely made and has a nice modern look. Well, she has not been able to use it all with her now 2 month old. It is extremely unsupportive, and the baby falls completely down. I hope maybe she might get a month or 2 use out of it, but I’m not holding my breath. I wouldn’t recommend buying this product even if she manages 2 months of use.

I got this because my baby had horrible reflux and I needed something to help keep her upright when I couldn't hold her. This did the trick and holds her at a high enough angle. Only negative is that the shoulder straps don't adjust so they are WAY to high up to use but I still feel comfortable with her in it with just the lap belt. The side to side movement isn't crazy but is enough. She will even sometimes fall asleep in it :-)

Baby loves it and allows me to put her down and do other things for a bit. Easy to use.

The product did not work as promised. Movement too awkward for putting our baby to sleep.

Product is just as described. My God daughter loves it and she stays quiet while in it. Great purchase for new born children.
