I bought this muscle -stimulating trainer to help form muscle. There are 6 modes and 10 levels. Just don't set it too high in the first paintings. You can tell how the muscles work. I keep a booklet to see how fast and how much is being done. So far, however, I am completely satisfied. Very practical to use. Can be easily removed and reused after use. So far it can be said that the contact pads remain quite well glued and are versatile for different muscles. The processing makes a very good impression and feels quite high quality.

a lazy man and to be honest not very keen to do a lot of exercise. I love walking but the belly fat it is impossible to remove. This fantastic pulsating device doing work for you, it has several settings but I only used till level 3 because it so intense and I can’t Handel it yet. Interesting that The next day it feels like I have done many sits up and exercise. It is 1 big and 2 small pieces, the big one I am using on the belly and small on my bum. It is small 3 rechargeable usb and the battery holds for a long time. Also extra jelly pads added in the pack. So far so good and looking forward to have 6 pack for summer time.....love it

You really feel your muscles contracting and working
The shipment was very quick.I had a few questions so I contacted the customer support and they were very prompt and through with assisting me.It is great for fitness enthusiasts.I really love the product. It is very easy to use. It is very small/light weight and in the carrying case, it made it simple to bring with me when I travel. You really feel your muscles contracting and working. I am a very active person and is nice to use to warm up a little before working out. There are different strength settings/training modes which is great! I hope to continue seeing results using the Abs trainer.

Improved workouts at home
I got this set to complete my training at home the days that I'm not able to go to the gym. I'm using it after a light work out to warm up my body and have more benefits. What I could say is this will move your muscles a lot! I mean is incredible how the pulse will move your belly. I'm using it only for 20 minutes because you will feel tired (even if you're not moving your muscles are).Finally, my recommendation starts with the soft levels, the higher levels are too much for me and I'm not able to resist more than 5 minutes.

Amazing results
I personally do not have a lot of time to go the gym and exercise everyday like I used to, so I decided to try this abdominal toner. It is saving me so much time. You can wear it when going about your day to day activities without having to worry. I can actually feel my muscles contracting and I can feel it strengthening and toning my abdominal muscles.This high-tech unit charges via a USB connection, and the battery lasts ages. It has six modes and nine intensity levels. I recommend starting off at a low intensity at first. The unit itself is very light and comfortable and It is very easy to use. Excellent ab trainer
Really good Abs trainer. Very simple to use and comes with all the nesesassry pieces. Comes with 3 mode setters which just plug into the belt or either of the bicep trainers. Easy charge, every mode setters have a port hole and comes with a charger. They’re a range of different mode settings and really easy to go through them and know what does what as they are colour coordinated on the mode setter. Be careful not to turn up to powerful as it is very strong. My Abs have really felt it after the first go which is great. Thanks

Helps the muscle contraction while doing your own thing, good product for fitness!
Very easy to operate, it stick on the skin very well, you may do your own things while having it run, when it operates, I can feel the contraction of the muscle, the power is adjustable, the stronger I turn it to, the stronger the contraction is, I personally like the product and enjoy it, it really helps me a lot as the muscles is contracting while I am doing something else!

Great product
Brought this product over a month ago for my husband who suffers with back problems. He has not been able to go to the gym for some time and was losing alot of muscle mass. He started using it today and can already feel the benefits.However, we decided to use the arm pads on his lower back were he suffers terribly with intense back pain and where he had surgery a few years ago. After using it on his lower back for just 20mins it made a massive difference in his mobility and he found that he had a lot less pain in that area. So much so, that he did not have to take his regular dose of pain killers.Amazing. Not what I brought it for, but it has a multi-purpose function in our house.
