I say 'Worse than useless' because if one weren't wearing them one would tend to be more careful, but I foolishly thought they'd do the job and finished up with a puncture wound.They claim they're suitable for opening oysters. Oysters require a pointed knife and these do not protect against pointed objects. They don't even protect against rose thorns.They certainly don't deserve the 1 star I'm required to give. I suggest minus1 would be more appropriate.In fairness to Amazon I must add that it's the first time in over 10 years I've had reason to complain about any Amazon product.

This is just one glove, the left so if you are right handed look elsewhere. Also check the size, as I have small hands but picked a larger size it its still quite a close fit. I would recommend these to anyone peeling or cutting vegetables, but remember its only cut proof NOT stab proof. If you slip with the knife the point WILL go through.

Glove arrived very promptly, fits well, and has saved my nails as well as my fingers would highly recommend

This is far better than expected and suits our needs, it's just perfect.
