This microphone came and boy how easy it was to get started without the need of downloading any hardware. Just plug in and your ready to go. It comes with a handy travel bag to easily keep safe when transporting. The construction is super solid and I love the flexibility of the goose neck to adjust to different height levels. Great for use when recording live to my YouTube or making videos or when connecting to my gaming systems. The sound quality is great and I love the mute button that has a led Light letting you know when it’s in use. Overall, I think this a great deal for anyone that wants quality at a great price.

I was looking for a travel size microphone to fit in my briefcase, and this is a hit. It has a very small footprint when folded. This is extremely easy to install, just plug it in and my computer recognized it, done. I have been told by my colleagues, that the clarity and limitation of background noise is awesome! They are impressed when I tell them how inexpensive this little powerhouse is! I highly recommend this to anyone that travels, and ends up with a 20lb briefcase with all of the things you think you want for your trip! It came very well packaged, with it's own case and additional microphone covers. SUPER CHEAP PRICE and SUPER AWESOME QUALITY!!!! Get one!! :)

The microphone delivers good performance, and I appreciate the flexibility of its neck which allows for easy positioning within tight spaces and extension when necessary. The sound quality meets my expectations. However, the mute button is less visible than advertised; it's not as bright, making it difficult to discern whether it's activated or not in a well-lit room. It's somewhat easier to see with the lights off, but I intend to use it mostly with the lights on. Despite this, I'm satisfied with the microphone's overall function and feel it's worth the investment, so I'll be keeping it.

I thought it was going to be larger and more complicated .... I opened the bag and was so surprised !!! Just took it out, plugged it in, and started talking !! REALLY COOL ....!!! This little microphone is AMAZING ... Thanks to it’sCMTECK CCS 2.0 SMARTCHIP This little gem has a echo cancellation and noise reduction... usually found in more expensive units. The ZEKPRO USB Microphone studio voice recording w/ mute button also has a 360 adjustable neck that’s convenient for all your needs. The “mute” feature is great for recording podcasts and chatting. I bought this for my son so he can interact with his friends while playing games. I ordered at 4pm Saturday and received it Sunday at 3pm. Now that service. I love having Amazon Prime! They never disappoint! Now back to the microphone, he plugged it in and it worked immediately. He has a desktop computer. He’s 13 and has had terrible luck with microphones that are connected to headphones! But this microphone is a plug and play and it works like a charm. Don’t hesitate to buy this and the Price is Right!!

This mic works well I use it for streaming. There may be some static when I first talking but it clears up. I’m usually 1 1/2ft from the mic and picks up my voice clearly talking normal. I wouldn’t say it has great noise cancellation because it picks up my door chime downstairs and whatever is going on in the kitchen down the hall.

Was looking around for a basic mic for a diy project and decided to give this one a try. For the price, this microphone feels well constructed. Overall it's pretty light in weight with most of the weight being in the base. The base has three rubber pads and feels substantial enough to keep it from tipping over.The recorded sound seems very clear. As for the quality of the sound that really depends on what you're expecting and the equipment you're using. I can't speak about the noise-cancellation capabilities it advertises because I'm not sure how exactly to test for that but I imagine it's comparable to other mics in this price range.A good no-frills microphone that works. It came in a nice sturdy box with a carrying sack. Only setup I had to do was to plug it into the usb slot. Windows picked up on it, installed what it had to install, and it started working.

I purchased this to record virtual meetings because the webcam I was using to record had a difficult time picking up the virtual speaker through the computer speakers. This microphone has great reviews but did not work for me. I put the microphone not even 2 inches from the computer speaker and, even then, the recording volume was very faint. In fact, the webcam sitting about a foot from the speaker did a better job recording the virtual speaker than this microphone, and I attempted to record several different virtual sessions. Similarly, I participated in two virtual meetings today and used this for the input, and both times I was told that the speaker could not hear me unless I was holding the microphone up to my mouth (again, the webcam a foot away picks up my speech better than this recorder). I am not the most tech-savvy, so I contacted customer support to see if there was a way to increase the volume (I initially tried to adjust the volume in my sound settings), but unfortunately, this only has a mute and unmute function. The tech support didn't even try to troubleshoot the issue; however, they did immediately offer me a refund (which I can just as easily request through Amazon since I'm a prime member). That tells me there is no troubleshooting option, simply return. So despite the many positive reviews, this did not work for me. Also, it picked up the same background humming as the webcam, so I would not say that the noise-cancelling function works well.

This is not a professional recording mic, so not sure why people would expect it to be like one.This is a good little mic for desktop computers. on/off mute is nice to have so you can click it on and off instead of trying to click mute on zoom/chat or whatever you use.easily move around to where you need it and is much much better than using a laptop built in mic, or a webcam built in mic.

USB mic works great. When used for teleconferencing, callers on other end hear me loud and clear. Great value for money. You do hear a slight click or noise when using the mute button on the mic so I just use the mute button on the program instead. Nice that it comes with a carrying case and extra mic windscreens.

Overall decent quality, noise cancellation is good, no noticeable echo, only complaint is that the mute button light is very dim, making it hard to tell whether it's on or off, unless the room is dark.

Slight amount of static but more than good enough for those dreaded zoom meetings. Only issue was with FireFox browser, as mics are disabled as the default setting. Nothing intuitive about the rather torturous path you have to follow to activate the mic for a particular website.Not to be confused with a high end studio mic. That sort of sound quality is just not there. Other than that fairly small, and easy to tuck away the 99.9% of the time it is not in use.

Well received. Quality good. It’s small and portable. Perfect for video conference. I bought this so I can use my headphones with for conference calls. This microphone is the best alternative to save some bucks if already have some expensive headphones with poor microphone.
