Excellent little box
I bought this as an HD replacement for an old SD Technomate. It's considerably smaller and cheaper but the instructions are a bit sparse. However, as I was familiar with the Technomate, it was pretty easy to set up. It's not obvious from the listing but it does support Diseqc and I have programmes from 3 LNBs on the dish (Hotbird 13, Astra 19 and Astra 28). It's early days so I can't tell how reliable it will be but so far I am impressed.

Functional but requires extra work to use efficiently
I bought this unit as my new house only has a satellite dish, no external aerial. The picture quality is equal to the previous Sky box's.There is sometimes a short delay between turning on the box and the start-up showing on screen. The EPG menu only shows information from the current channel and those from the same provider this makes searching what to watch much harder than other boxes. The EPG menu has the option to reorganise the available channels but this process is very long winded, as each channel has to be selected, the move function selected, scrolled one space at a time to the intended position and then the move function de-selected. This is necessary if using an external TV guide as none of the channels are initially listed as their 'official' satellite channel numbers.I bought a 128GB USB stick to use for recordings - this can be confusing as the 'record' function is labelled as 'reminder set' on the box and the symbol matches, after testing the program did record.

Great receiver.
A neat, very small satellite receiver. This picks up a whole host of free to air satellite channels using a Sky satellite dish. Setting up is not entirely straightforward (several YouTube videos are available to help) and you may find you select the Irish version of some channels - for example Sky News and Food Network (though the content big the shows is the same the adverts differ). The remote isn't the sturdiest looking but and occasionally buttons need popping back out but hasn't caused huge problems.Would recommend for someone wanting a Freesat style box.

Product Support...Total waste of time.
Purchased this for my daughter who had just moved into a house with poor terrestrial TV signal but already had a Sky dish set up.The product looked good and received lots of channels but she had a problem with the remote. If she went to increase the volume it would throw her back to terrestrial TV and she'd have to start again.Contacted Customer Support and ended up having to go through a process with someone in India. Eventually she got through to Tech Support in Ireland. She was asked and gave details of the problem only to be told that because I had purchased it for her that I would have to send Tech Support an email and then somebody would phone her back. The conversation then goes like "What???? You're already talking on the phone, just address the problem now while we're talking." "Sorry, we can't do that without an email first." "In that case, you can have the faulty goods back."Complete and utter joke. If you buy this and have a problem, don't expect any product Support.

Size doesn’t matter
The first thing that stood out was the size of the unit - it’s tiny! It can be stuck to the back of the TV and you wouldn’t even know it was there. The setup for this was so easy and I had it set up in 10 mins. It was plug and play and I had loads of UK channels without having to scan anything. I connected it to an old Sky+ dish with a double cable and it only required one of the connections. A nice addition is the USB slot so you can record programmes! The remote is great as you can use it with your TV, which means that you only need the unit controller. I connected it to my LG TV with no problems whatsoever. The instructions were also fine and the installation was properly explained. The only negative point is the EPG, which has an awful layout and a lag - but it’s not anything that really matters as it is a great unit overall. I’m very pleased with the unit.

A good number of BBC TV stations and possibly radio ones not downloaded.
Good reception, but no local stations on HD and only London elsewhere. as we are in the BBC Oxford region, it would have been helpful to receive BBC South Today from Oxford. Is there a way of downloading other stations not listed on the download received?

Cute but impossible to use.
This box would be great if you could use it. You can put it in a cupboard and just have the tiny sensor on view, but I found it impossible to use. There's no decent TV guide menu and the guides I could find had channels all over the place (and there was no way that I was manually re-organising and re-naming the channels). I looked up the full manual online and still found it impossible.I've never been broken by tech before, but this broke me. Arranged a return an hour after receiving it.
