Mann Filter HU816X Oil Filter

Fitment, shipping etc. is OK, so let's get that out of the way. Certainly is the appropriate filter for my 07 335i.Two issues:1.) The gasket that went on the "stick" portion of the filter gap was very dry to the point of being discolored. I coated with new oil like always, and there have been no leaks in the 2 miles it has idled/driven, but I found it very odd. The gasket being removed was much more pliable and the new one seemed very dried out and old.2.) A little disappointing to receive my new German filter that has premium pricing and brand recognition only to see "MADE IN MEXICO" on the box. That's new to me.

This size is not readily available in local store so getting it via mail order is a good choice. The quality is fine.

OEM quality at a nice price, helps us keep our 2010 BMW 535i happy.

Bottom line, Oem or Mann filters are the only filter you should use for BMW. Most all others will fail no matter how much you pay for them. Made in Germany.

Amazon's vehicle parts guide is very inaccurate. Found it to be wrong many times. This filter DOES fit 2007 BMW 328XI. Been doing oil changes with it for over 4 years. Excellent price & of course these filters are high quality. Wouldn't use anything else in my BMW.

Perfect fit for my BMW. However, it was missing the parts needed, copper drain plug washer and gasket for housing.

Good product. I always use Mann filters on my BMW 335i and not many stores carry them locally, so it was great to get it shipped to the door. The fitment of this filter seemed tighter than others I have bought in the past, but seems to work just fine.

This filter fit my 2009 335i perfectly and is OEM quality. It includes the little rubber gaskets and is a perfect fit. Doing oil changes myself saves significant money and this filter is essential for the job. Good filter. Good quality.
