Here is the story: My wife got these for me for Christmas, and I think they will be wonderful glasses! They are sturdy and well made, but nothing fancy. Just a solid set of cups. I gave them 4 stars for packaging just because on one of them, the base got a long crack during shipping. The packaging should have been fine (and was fine for the other three) but you’re never going to have a 100% success rate with shipping glassware, obviously. The real 5 stars come into play with the customer service of the seller, DeeCoo Direct. In the box is a card that explains how if anything is broken to send them an email and they will make it right. I obviously emailed them and spoilers: they made it right! Now, I have to give this disclaimer: the emails I received back were written in pretty broken English, I think either the company or the reps are not native English speakers. That was maybe a slight inconvenience but I could still understand them so no harm done really. Regardless, they really were doing their best to take care of my issues. They gave me a few options for how to get a replacement glass and were very understanding and went above and beyond what they needed to to make sure I was taken care of. If you’re looking for good sturdy glasses that aren’t too flashy, and come with great customer service if something goes wrong, I’d buy these again in a heartbeat. The worst thing that can happen with buying something breakable like this is to have it arrive in a million pieces and then the seller just leaves you out to dry. That didn’t happen with these. Accidents will happen, it’s inevitable, these guys will work to make it right as quick as they can. Highly recommend.

Extremely well packaged. They would likely survive a fall from a roof top if it happened. The glasses are heavy, thick, and lack any kind of brand markings at all....They're Perfect. I confirmed they hold 300ml/10oz to the brim.

These glasses did not meet my expectations and I returned them; they were not well formed, were heavy, clunky, and had a pronounced rim. Not at all what I was looking for to use to drink fine single malts. They did arrive perfectly intact and well packaged, and as other reviewers have noted (and does a note printed on the package) they need to be cleaned.

For the price I don't really know what I to expect but these are great. Ordered 2-sets of 4 and they were so well packed there was no damage to any of them. Customer service had a note explaining that damage was possible and would do whatever was necessary to make things right. I didn't need their support but it was very positive on their side. The glasses feel good and substantial and I would definitely recommend them and buy them again if necessary.

Bought these to replace some smaller whiskey glasses I had, and these will accommodate the large square ice cubes used for my old fashioned drinks. Weight is great and exactly what I had wanted. Price point was spot on.
