2 person TheraPure Sauna

Love it. I've used it everyday for three weeks now. The IR heat is awesome. Delivery process was simple and on time. The instructions were not as complete as they might have been but the process was pretty intuitive. The ionizer is already making funny sounds but over all it good value. No regrets.

I chose this rating as I was disappointed in what I found once I opened the box.Here are the items that were broken.The glass door, has a big chip in it. The right side speaker was crushed, so it is flat and needs to be replaced, one of the backrests are broken, the towel rack is broken, the two side panels came and were already scratched.The packaging itself was intact and did not appear to have any holes in it, so the assumption is either during shipping or it was packaged that way.When I called Amazon, they immediately offered to send me out a new one, totally disregarding the fact that I spent 3 hours setting this up and would have to tear it down and then place it in the shipping box for return, and then once again setting up another one. the offered me a discount which I ended up taking, but when I called the manufacturer, the price of the items that needed replaced exceeded what Amazon offered me.The unit does work (Only 1 speaker) but the heaters do reach the correct temperature and my wife did enjoy her first use of the sauna.

Received this product as promised by Amazon. Assembled it with two people in about 3 hours. Everything worked as described. Started the assembly process over only once. Sliding the walls together takes two people and three would not be a bad idea. Getting the walls to slide together takes a couple of particles, but once you get the hang of it, it is not hard. Instructions left a bit to be desired. Some of the small parts such as the cup holders, had no real instructions at all, just pictures. But if you used common sense you can figure it out. Little things like plug in the radio power supply before you close the top of the unit up are missing from instructions but it all worked out. I do recommend the product so far. Good heat, feels solid Would ok to a friend.

Arrived a couple days late. Amazon refunded accordingly. Got this for my wife to help her get the toxins out from her Chemo treatments. It took my son and myself 2 hrs to put together. Instructions work (Barely). We set it up in our master bedroom. Fits well and looks like a piece of furniture . We live a Cape style house. The Sauna has some small air leaks on the 2 front bottom corners and the glass entry door. I used a small amount of weather striping from The Home Depot and in 5 minutes leaks were gone.As far as performance, " this Sauna Rocks!!! Heats up fast, comfortable and the wife lives it.. (so do I) As far as room, I am a 230 pound guy and my wife is 105 pounds. We fit very comfortable. My son and I fit and he is 165 lbs.Highly Recommend!

This is a wonderful sauna if you want a small sauna in your home. In response to some other people's post I have some recommendations:- Have 3 people available if possible for assembly.- Don't bother with the instructions. We found a step-by-step Youtube video and had it put together in about 1 hour.- Cold air leaks on front door- I thought the same thing until one day I slide the magnet on the door frame forward a bit. The magnet stuck and no more air leaks.- We bought a cheap package of foam insulation boards and cut them to fit the shape of the roof. This makes the sauna heat up more quickly.

You get what you pay for! everything works well and went together ok there were some broken wood trim pieces but easy to fix, The process and delivery was good, But again cheap quality materials:(

Well made components that perform as described. Be prepared to accept 315 pounds of boxes strapped to a wooden platform delivered to your front door or garage. Assembly requires 2 or 3 persons to lift, position, connect and adjust heavy pieces. Assembly instructions do not cover all included parts resulting in some guesswork and leftover hardware. Results from every other day usage are proving very beneficial.

Easy to assemble. Takes a while to get to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, approximately 30 minutes. This is fine for me since I usually do my work out before I use this.
