These bulbs work great. Much cheaper then you would buy at the Golf Cart Store and shine more wide spread

Yes they will fit your club cart 48 volt it says 2004 and up so you should not have any problem with it being compatible it's just a plug-in

Q: are these bulbs the same as the 889 bulbs?

I don't know about '889' bulbs, but these were not correct for my 2005 club Cart DS.

Q: This fits a 2004 Polaris Hawkeye 300?

I don't think it states anywhere that isan application. Look at the pic, and look at your own bulbs...do they look the same? If yours is a 48V system, and the bulbs look the same, it will likely work for you. If not, don't even try it.
