Tiger BalmMuscle and Tension Lotion with Targeted Applicator, 80 ml

I’m not one for writing reviews, however, I had to with this product. I have now had this product for over a month and here is what I have to say about it…First of all, it’s brilliant value for money, great for on the go use, travelling or a mess free way to get some relief.I want to add, that I suffer with fibromyalgia and have used these during flare-ups, during the night and whilst out with my kids (summer holidays).These are effective, not immediately but once it’s been on for 20+ minutes, it gets very warm and can be left on all night for example, with constantly heat, without dissipating.The 60 patches come in 6 sealed bags with 10 patches in each bag. I have one in each room/ bag/ car.Overall, I can’t really think of a negative overall, great for aching muscles, aches, pains (nerve and bone) and even period pains too.I hope this helps someone!

As stated in title this is very easy to apply as it's a white cream rather than a thick balm.Not as powerful as the jars of tiger balm, especially the red one, but does a good job for neck and shoulder pain.Even though it's not as strong obviously I still wash my hands afterwards and keep them away from my eyes. Added bonus over the balm jars is that it doesn't end up staining my clothes and the smell is not as overpowering. Overall it's good stuff.

Used on my neuropathy sore toes seems to work tried lots of things before without success

This is a much better solution than the traditional greasy balm. You can feel the menthol soaking into the muscles but the effect only lasts about 30-45 mins. I keep using it though as I like the smell and the feeling of it working

This stuff is great, really helps my tired muscles and smells ok.

Works well

I get tension in my shoulders and neck from stress which often causes really painful muscle spasms. Ibuprofen gel, deep heat, etc. don’t help, so I typically need a prescription from my GP. I came across this and decided to give it a try not expecting anything - I am beyond impressed! It made it so I could move again and within a few days I was completely back to normal!The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is because it actually isn’t possible to reach and use on the back properly. It also does have a smell as I noticed other reviews commenting on this. I haven’t tried other tiger balm products before so I can’t compare it, but personally I didn’t find it to be too overwhelming or a problem.
