Needs to be more concentrated to be worth the price
It tastes pretty good, flavor is pretty mild though. I'm not sure that has something to do with it being low-fodmap or not. I think it needs to be more concentrated to be worth the price. It's easy to use over 1/3 the bottle on one meal. To be fair: there are very few bottled options out there for people with sensitive stomachs.

New recipe is garbage
Bought this so excited to have found it after not being able to find the teriyaki marinade for a while….DO NOT BUY IT!! The new soy free recipe is disgusting. I had to throw away everything when I used it. Doesn’t taste like teriyaki at all. Watery consistency like soy sauce and tasted like a bitter, sour soy sauce. Not teriyaki at all like the old marinade…so sad they changed recipes.

Flavor
I've used this in marinades, sauces, soups and the latest was to bake tofu strips. In combination or by its self it is a great flavor enhancer. And, No Garlic, No Onion!

Good , but…
Sent two sesame ginger sauces and no enchilada sauce. Good sauces but you gotta do better
