These are very convenient and easy to use! This brand was recommended by my dentist for tooth whitening and they sell it in their office but was significantly less expensive here on Amazon! I use every other/every 3 days because of sensitivity. Whiting delivers good results!

after wasting my $ and time on this product, my teeth look just about the same, perhaps a tinge brighter but didn't live up to it's claim for me..no teeth sensitivity tho.. but I wouldn't recommend
