I ordered this last night and oh boy it's already been delivered in less than 24 hours. The reason that I got this product was to strengthen my grip as I noticed that I tend to lose grip of a lot of heavy things even though I know to myself that I can handle the weight. I can't do deadlifts nor hang on a pull up bar even for just 10 seconds because I would lose my grip every single time. Hopefully this will help a lot.

served its purpose. it honestly the same as every other grip strenghtener, just this one is cheap. Personally, i bought this for my jaw, so if your buying it for your jaw too, its an amazing buy. The rubber quality is amazin on the teeth.

Awesome and I love it I just wish the black cap on the side was not coming out often since it can get lost.

The product works as advertised, however don’t expect to get instant veins in a week, or even a month like some ads suggest. You will notice some improvement than normal, however, nothing should ever replace reccomended workouts at the gym

I saw this on one of the physical therapy podcasts for tennis elbow. I bought it and used it for a week. It worked! Built well and durable. I still use it every day.

They basically do what I bought them to do. They were inexpensive, so keep that in mind. Not the most stable, and I do not believe the resistance scale is accurate, but they provide enough resistance for me, for the moment. I picked these simply because they are inexpensive.

I bought it for straightening my grib,helping my drum practice since I just started learning it. It’s great that you can start from the weakest and progress when you get used it.
