Being all natural, I was really excited this would work for me. I'm a night eater and need something to help me stay full to not munch at night. I followed the instructions, took one pill before breakfast and one before lunch with plenty of water. These pills made me quite a bit nauseous right from the start. I found myself actually eating more on them, because I was constantly eating crackers to calm my stomach. Not to be gross, but the pills did not cause me any issues with diarrhea, which was a big worry of mine. After about the first week, my stomach seemed to tolerate the pills better, but they were not curbing my nightly appetite at all. I felt a little less hungry at lunch, but usually ate my normal meal, so they weren't stopping me from taking on more calories during the day either. Overall, I decided they weren't for me.

Been using this and I am now halfway through my desired weight. I feel excited everyday to take in this pills and do my morning jog. It wasn’t an easy process but I know I needed to do this. My family had always have this problem of being overweight and it always affected their health. My goal is to get to my desired weight, keep myself healthy and be an inspiration to my family. I know with the right way, we can all keep ourselves healthy.

Ok guys these pills stink a little but they do help suppress appetite. They do what they say they will do. Overall a 5 star.

I haven't had this product long enough to judge results, but customer service was great, there is a slight berry flavor which I like, and I haven't experienced any side effects after 3 weeks of use. I do notice a smaller appetite and feel fuller quicker. Overall I'm satisfied so far.
