Quality seems just fine. U bolts are strong enough, nuts are fine, came with all hardware. Only complaint is that it is not two of the same thing. It is one that fist 2" and one that fits 1.25". The description needs to make that a little more clear I think.

I have a carrier in my receiver behind my SUV. It has a ramp. This device stabilizes it so when I load a 100lb generator it stay put. I used a rack without the tightener for 8 years till a friend turned on my light. I also use it with my bike rack. Make traveling easier when the load is stationary instead of racking to and fro.

I had my spare tire mounted on my car and use this to keep it from wobbling side to side. I have to re-tighten it every few weeks but I drive a lot so that was expected. Once this thing is on securely though, don't expect any wobble at all. This does exactly as advertised and I couldn't be happier with it.

Bought a hitch step that was a little loose after pin was in so added this and it tightened it right up no more rattle. Arrived on time and would buy again.

Heavy duty

Worth the money. Don't know about using it for the heavy towing, but worked very well for my bike rack.

I liked the product but it is listed as a 2 pack and I received only 1!!!!

I stumbled onto this product looking at other hitch items. The slop in the hitch receiver was bothering me. So needless to say I was very happy to see this and, it works awesome, no more slop, hitch insert is solid. I am very happy.
