I am an Andrew Lessman fan. I needed fish oil. This is little larger than I thought, but I swallow with applesauce or thick smoothie. I have to take it. I’ve tried otc fish oil and it was way too big, my gag reflex couldn’t handle it. So this is easier because it’s a gelcap. I will buy again if my tests come back with better numbers. Hubby used to get a prescription for a similar supplement, now we get these. We have been happy with every supplement we’ve ever gotten from Andrew Lessman. I believe he puts out a good product and Amazon usually beats the TV price.
