Pleasantly surprised and quite disappointed at the same time.Initially thought bag was a bargain and I can confirm that it looks and feels very nice. However, whilst the materials that make up the body the bag a great and seem rather high quality, considering the price, the zips (both for the main body and front pocket are utterly awful).The bag I received actually had a damaged zip from the moment I opened the packaging.For anyone thinking of purchasing, I would recommend getting the zips replaced ASAP as it is gorgeous besides this issue.

This is an excellent bag. The quality is very good. I am one for carefully looking closely at stitching and whatnot and I can say it's very well put together. I will be using this for lugging to the gym so it will get some rough treatment and I have no doubt it will keep up.There are a decent number of pockets within the main compartment as well as 1 open mouth pocket and a zip pocket on the outside.The colour is nice in my opinion and it's a very spacious bag. Could easily stick a 1.5ltr water bottle in with my gym kit and then some. I look forward to using this bag going forward.

Bought this one..but received other brand which looked the same. However, talking about the quality..it is so cheaply made. Typical Chinese product..Do not buy it.

Very nice smart bag for gym/overnight/travel. It is slightly smaller than I was expecting, but fit things for 2 people for one night just about, so would be good for one persons use. Good quality, nice colour and looks sturdy.

Update, the side holder broke up after a bit!the bag looks nice so far and nothing has come off yet according to other reviews.However the size is smaller than it appears, in reality it's slightly bigger than a girl's large handbag.Unless you travel very light, it's not good for a weekend but rather a small gym bag or an overnight stay.I have not returned it because the price is reasonalbe for what it is but I will have to buy another weekend bag as this is too small for that.

I thought this could have replaced my backpack for the gym, but sadly it's a lot smaller than it looks. I could just about fit my training, underwear, T-shirt, shorts and toiletries in, but had no room for a bottle or putting in extra clothes like a hoody in.Really disappointed with this bag. Thought it could have had many uses, but struggling to find one.

Hi Catherine, thanks for your interest in my product experience.When I first saw the bag, I thought it was a lot smaller than what the image advertised, but after using it I was very happy with the bag I received.Unfortunately though, after using it for about a month, the inner material stitching below the main zip has come undone/torn. It's a very nice bag and would like to think it is more durable than this. Hoping to get a replacement, as I really do like the bag.UPDATE**Have been contacted by customer service and will be receiving a new bag. Fast response and commitment to excellence. Much appreciated.

I have had this bag for 3-4 months now and it has been constantly falling apart! Everything that can stop working or go wrong does! After the first fault (one of the buttons on the side pocket came off) the seller gave me the option to have it replaced or receive a £15 return, which I did. But the faults continue: the hinge for the shoulder strap broke, the zipper started coming off etc. Nice bag but very poor craftsmanship!UPDATE:The staff are very friendly, acknowledged the problems with the existing bag after I sent them pictures and have agreed to replace the bag. I will be writing back once I receive the new bag and confirm the quality. Meanwhile, I feel I need to increase the rating due to the excellent customer support.UPDATE May 2014I have received the replacement bag as promised. Excellent customer service. The quality of the product remains to be seen with use.
