Vocal-Star VS-SP30 Wireless Karaoke Machine Black Active PA Speaker 2 Wireless Mics Bluetooth

My daughters birthday present has been faulty again and again. I have bought three and returned three. The reviews seemed so promising but we have had faults. The first unit rattled, it sounded like it had a loose part inside, a bolt or something. Apart from that it worked well. We Sent it back as I’m not keen on keeping faulty goods and was worried that if it had a fault it may get worse.The Second one we received didn’t have very good sound quality, the speakers squealed and the sound quality was poor. The controls didn’t respond well. That went back. The third one, the wireless microphones did not connect (wirelessly to the unit). The instruction manual is very brief and doesn’t include this as a set up issue, so we had nothing to work with. In addition the vocal star badge was stuck on upside down so made the unit look even worse. In all cases a QT sticker was added on the back (for a laugh😂). I can assure you that none of these are made to a high standard. They are cheaply made and in a hurry with limited quality testing. (Wish we’d kept the first rattle one) We’re Very very disappointed, as is my little 8 year old.

It's brilliant! It's exactly what I was looking for! I can use it with any disposal I have around the house. It's light and wireless that it can be easly carried anywhere you need. I would rate 5 star but one of the buttons(the backward key) is not working, too hard to press, and instructions are missing.

So overall the Karaoke machine is good, the speaker is great, the microphones are also good, however my android TV could not find the Karaoke machine when searching on bluetooth. work around is to use my phone and share screen, that works very well. My kids love it.

We love this product. The microphones are not amaizing but then I didn't pay hundreds of pounds for the machine. Links easy to my phone and I pad. Run the lyrics through the TV and away you go.Had a little issue with sound but customer service replied to my email in minutes and helped me fix the problem.I had some delivery issues but this was down to a currier. I would really recommend this item if you want a little fun at home.Only problem I have is that my kids are tone deaf!

Great quality product with really good sound quality, I brought this for my 8yr old, but all our adult friends have also loved this! The wireless dual mics make this a great product, works really well when bluetooth connected to tablet to read songs through youtube, used like this becomes a fantastic karaoke machine.Fab customer service too, unfortunately one of the mic battery housing was delivered cracked, contacted seller, they sent out a replacement straightaway.

This machine works magic. Got it for my wife and she loves it. Good job
