I love these underwear. I bought them to pair with my menstrual cup for peace of mind and they are wonderful. I usually wear a medium and ordered a large because other reviews said to size up and they fit perfectly. They do not cause panty lines at all and are very comfortable. Others said the leg holes were too tight but I did not have any issues.

1) Insanely absorbent. I wore these during a period. Typically I have very heavy cycles (wearing adult diapers during my heaviest days), but I couldnt really tell if this was an unusually light period because:2) the gusset is SO black that you can't tell visually how much it is holding. After a while it starts to feel wet and that's when you know it is time to change it. On my heaviest days I was changing 2-4 times a day.3) The gusset is a bit wide, which at first I didn't like, but then I realized that that must be why there are literally ZERO leaks!4) SO COMFORTABLE. Feels seamless5) a little warm - to be expected with so many layers6) no weird crinkly sound like other brands I have tried!7) SIZE UP by several sizes!! I'm normally around an L and I had to get XXL.8) I washed and dried in washer and dryer, despite the description saying not to dry. Mayyybe it shrunk super super slightly?? I'm not sure. But no difference in quality and I would rather dry and risk longevity than have it hanging around my house. (as opposed to a different brand I tried - drying it actually destroyed the absorbent layer)5 stars. DID NOT think it was possible to get this kind of quality without paying $$$ for Thinx. Get a few packs!

I like the fabric texture, waistband, and size fits as expected, except the legs are very tight, so I had to cut them. They are not flexible/stretchy.

I got a medium when I usually go for a small and it fit very well. For reference I am 5'6 and 115 pounds. The underwear is comfortable and pretty absorbent, though I have only worn it on light flow days. Overall great value for the price.

I normally wear an XL for undies…so I bought an XL, however, these run slightly small. Would be more comfortably in a 2x.Even with them being small, I’ve experienced no leaks and they are comfortable to wear all day long.

I’ve tried several brands of period underwear over the years and after using these ones for a couple of months, they are by far my favorite. They absorb super well. I wear them during my 12 hour shifts and I stay clean and dry, even with a moderate flow. The band isn’t overly tight, so it’s not irritating, but hits just the right height on my waist with mild compression for security. I also appreciate that they are 100% cotton. I will say that I ended up sizing up a couple sizes. I wear a small in my regular underwear, but sized up to a medium due to recommendations in the reviews. I found the medium to fit well everywhere but was too tight in the leg holes. I then purchased the large, hoping they wouldn’t be too baggy. They actually fit perfectly! Very happy and will buy a few more pairs!

I've been wanting to try period underwear for years now and finally took the leap.Bought two different highly rated brands and this was one of them.If you are built on the larger side like I am and have an extra large tush/tummy/both, these might work great for you.They fit me perfectly even though they are lower in the back than I would have wanted (they don't move, are super comfortable and I forget I have them on).They are even more comfortable than my regular underwear.I'm getting used to them slowly so I put a pad on top but I'm excited because I leak often and I don't think I'll have to worry about that from now on.Also, the fabric is nice and thick. Really well made and I'm super pleased with these. Excited to buy more later.

Comfortable and no leaks. I’ve worn overnight on my heavy flow days and had no issues. So comfy I’ve worn to be even when I’m not menstruating.
