Poor Instructions
Well, actually no instructions as to how to use this. I finally figured it out, and it seems to work adequately. Its interesting to note that a product from China is using a voice with a Russian accent!

Music Streaming Hands free calling
This portable hands free calling music streaming jack adapter is awesome! Able to listen to the music that I want at any time! Love the capability to be able to have hands free conversations while driving and when the call ends the music automatically resumes. The sound quality is superb!

No funciona si no está conectado con USB y cable auxiliar simultáneamente
Tiene buen alcance la señal del Bluetooth, el audio es muy bueno, lo que no me gustó fue qué hay que conectarlo en la entrada USB del radio y aparte conectarle el cable auxiliar para que se pueda reproducir la música del celular vía Bluetooth. Aparte de que en el vehículo lo conecté solo con la entrada USB y no funcionó, si es un radio que no tiene puerto auxiliar este producto no funciona.

Very Simplified
I had to order another one. I plugged it into the 2A usb port. It burned out. Now I have nothing. Some cigarette usb adapters have 2A. & 1A. (amp) chargers. Do Not use the 2amps! It will malfunction. Please let all future purchases know this information. Thank You!

It's ok not that great,would not buy again
It sometimes disconnected from the bluetooth and the product started to disassemble until it just fell apart cheap plastic

Sounds OK but unreliable BT
When I got this working it sounded fine but that was *when*The default start up mode was SD reader which caused my stereo to try and read it every time I started the car, meaning I got 20-30 sec of silence as I didn't put a card in before it switched back to radio.It then didn't switch to bluetooth, so didn't connect automatically. If it was just a button press to change over I could live with it but it was incredibly difficult to switch modes and often needed unplugging several times to get it to switch.Switching language however was incredibly easy and resulted in my 4 year old speaking some Chinese as he copied it!I returned it as I found it unreliable for Bluetooth use

Works, however has flaws that could be fixed in later versions
It works well, used this for about 2 weeks. A few things that are not so good, phone doesn't always connect when device turns on so have to unplug and plug back in multiple times for it to connect. Everytime it starts up it shouts "Bluetooth Mode", if you use an SD card and switch modes when the device switches off and back on it forgets and reverts to Bluetooth mode. Regardless the device does work but it can become annoying after some time.

Not really much to say about this, it works as described. I only use it for music in my car so can’t comment on the hands free usage. Great product especially for the price...
