Diamond of California Finely Diced Walnuts, 10 Ounce (Packaging May Vary)

I like that the walnuts are chopped for me--in a fine style. That way, I don't have to run them through my food processor to make them finely chopped--this company did it for me already :-)I just opened the bag last week for a cake recipe--fresh, not stale, great walnut taste and overall a good value for the money.

Perfect for my Christmas cookies. Russian tea cakes.... perfectly chopped. Perfect texture I could not find in the local grocery store

Was purchased For a specific recipe however now keep it in stock in the pantry because it’s such a nice added texture for a lot of recipes and having a pre-chopped makes life a lot easier

I use a lot of walnuts in baking. Diamond walnuts are always my go to nuts. Mostly because they have no shells. I can put a handful of them in a baked good or salad and don't have to worry about tooth breaking shells appearing.
