I am quite tubby with a BMI of 33, recently began trying to lose weight & bought this vest as a short cut, hoping it would help in the short term , to "look" slimmer (until the weight has shifted, only 2 pounds lost so far on a 6' 3 '' frame )I bought this item a week ago & wore it for the first time today under a T shirt, for a visit to an office.within 15 minutes of my arrival, two ladies said "have you lost weight ? You look slimmer, you look better".Not bad , eh ?

Didn’t really hold anything in !!!And there were ladders in the front of the vest. And a small hole in the shoulder that got larger when husband put it on.

A really good product, as per a lot of the reviews you need to order a size smaller, I'm a fairly chunky (but loveable) guy, and would normally wear large/extra large - so a medium was just right. Compared to some other ones I've used - this one sat really well all day, it;'s the right length, so would definitely buy again.

I purchased a medium size and fits perfectly (nice and tight).Comfortable and and made a nice difference when wearing skinny shirts.Reading other comments I noticed that people were not sure what size to buy. I am 168 cm and weigh around 69-70 KG I hope that this info may help people to have a idea what size to buy based on high and weight.

My partner didnt believe this would work. But was willing to try one out. Purchased new clothes for xmas and wanted to cover up his man boobs. For a smoother look 😳 and to feelcomfortable . Tbf it worked and now he wears it alot more than i expected. Its a win win and he feels comfortable and happy 😀

Bought this as I've lost over 70lbs in the last six months and wanted this to make clothes fit better. Just now I wear 3XL clothing and I was wary on getting the 2XL incase it might have been too small. Thankfully the item fits perfectly. I ordered a white one and a black one. I recommend to anyone who wants to buy this. Perfect value for money as well.

This helps me as I exercise. It helps me feel more confident in my clothing and has already helped change my posture and body shape even without wearing the garment. Very pleased with this.

Really useless. I have a black one from another company which actually gives you a bit of shape. I needed a white one and unfortunately that company was out of stock so I tried this one. It feels exactly like wearing a t-shirt. No difference.
