Absolutely wonderful. I've been wanting one of these for the longest but didn't want to spend several hundred dollars on a featured unit. Once I decided I was going to buy one of these, I started looking, and felt that the wide pannel units would be best. I was wrong. The moving arms help with full body exposure. Excellent choice. I'm glad I bought this and I use it daily. I haven't tried the other colors yet because I love the infrared lights so much. I was scared that they might not work but I can totally feel them.

EDIT: While I was initially pleased, this red light device broke so quickly. For the price, I expected much better quality. One of the lights straight up won't turn on and no amount of troubleshooting will resolve the issue (of course this happened right after the return window closed), so there's nothing I can do about it but accept the loss of money.Regular use yielded no improvements in my pain levels, which tells me that this is one of the devices the internet warned about that pretends to be "red light therapy" but is actually just a bunch of red LED lights with no medical benefit. Stay away unless you feel like wasting $60.Original Review:I bought this for pain relief and skincare. It was super easy to set up & use! While it’s a little too early to see results, I’m excited to keep using it and am pleased with it.

This one is much nicer than my other one.Love how it is adjustable height wise - from 2’ to 5’.Also you can move the 5 heads around to hit the targeted areas.Also this one offers all the therapy light choices -RedGreenBlueYellowPurpleWhiteCyanHas a remote and comes with a mask or sunglasses to guard your eyes.Remote offers the ability to set a timer for 10-20-30 minutes.And it’s quiet! The other one I have makes a buzzing noise that’s kinda irritating.Great therapy light at a reasonable price!
