Misleading. It’s plastic and I thought it was to keep dust off of blades when fan is running

Doesn’t work and this is a cover NOT a fan
Bought this thinking it was a fan, but it’s just a fan cover but it DOES NOT WORK. Air doesn’t come out while it’s on. Idk why this is $10
