I really wanted to love this kite but...
It just isn't quite up to task. The ad page says it will fly in a steady 3-5mph wind, mine would not. At 7mph it was barely able to get into the air or stay there. 10+ and it was good. 15 to 20mph and it's a lot of fun and has some serious pull. Enough to make me a bit nervous, not scary, but fun. I'm about 215lbs by the way... The problem is, it starts, I don't know, "convulsing" or "heaving", I dont know the term. Flattens, puffs back up, flattens, puffs again, repeatedly until it seems to expell all of the air and collapses the baffles. Sometimes you can work it out of it and keep flying, but often it folds up into a tangled mess and falls out of the sky. It did this no matter what the wind speed was. Also the lines have broken twice. The fabric is already showing seperation or holes forming at some of the attachment points, and I have only flown it 3 times. Maybe a total of an hour, hour and a half. I'll probably be returning this and spending more on a better engineered and higher quality kite.

100% garbage... Do not waste money
Straight up trash! One line was 2 feet longer than the other.. Making it almost impossible to steer. The lines frayed after ONE flight.Unstable, wobbly and all around frustration... Especially if you are gonna be just starting.I have multiple kites up to 14 meters.... This thing... This thing isn't worth the cost of shipping.

Lines broke in under 60 seconds.
Absolutely horrible. Took the kite out today for the first time. Wind was less then 10mph and line snapped. Kite landed in a pond. Now ruined straight into the trash. A complete waste of money. Bought for my kids over spring break, now I have to buy a new kite and better lines.

Ships without key parts
I’m a beginner so it took forever to figure out that the kite arrives without the “pigtails” that connect the bridle lines together. According to the instructions, it looks like they should arrive with kite. However, I see other comments that say that they did not. These will cost you extra and it is definitely an advanced skill to attach them.

Great starter
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Liked this kite for the price alone. Sturdy materials. Nothing fancy but I did not expect that for the budget price. Tried flying in a 12 mph wind with some success...and frustration. Lines took a bit to get untangled. Flew straight up the first attempt. It kept collapsing on us. I think it would need a minimum of a steady 18 mph wind to stay up. And I can see this being fun in about a 25+ mph wind. Recommend this as a starter budget kite. May try to adjust strings to get a better flight. Not a kite for anything other than flying (eg. kite surfing/jumping).

A Real Bargin and Easy to Fly!
Great kite for $12.99! Understand this is a price point, entry level unit. That being said its eager to fly. And allows you to figure out how to control it. A worthwhile way to find out if power kiting is for you without investing a fortune.

Missing parts
I have yet to fly the kite, however it was shipped without the ties that connect the bridle to the fly lines. I'll have to make some myself to fly it.

Unstable flight.
Do not buy it. Poorly constructed and flaps like crazy when flying. No good control of kite as both ends wiggle in the air making it an unstable flight. Wasted money.
