I am very happy with this bag. In the winter where I live, Wisconsin, it gets cold and almost everyone wears an insulated coat. Most of these coats are nylon. As the bag is, there is no way to keep it from sliding off your shoulder. One of the main reasons I bought it was to have my hands free while carrying groceries from the store. It's very helpful to be able to dig through a pocket searching for my keys and not having to concern myself with spilling my groceries.To solve the slippage problem I adhered a strip of rubberized drawer liner material to the cloth pad on the strap. I used a thin double-stick tape to hold it in place and have had no problems with it since November, 2018.While I know adding this feature would add to the cost of the bag, I feel it's an extremely worthwhile addition.Thanks for reading.

The size was really great. I used it as my day-bag on a trip to Europe (but I also carried a slash-proof purse with it, sort of hidden inside). It held my North Face fleece jacket, a journal, a water bottle, and a few random small purchases (post cards, magnets, guide books). I loved the weightlessness and the storage capacity. I used this as my "personal item" on a plane instead of the typical, heavy backpack I normally take. My only complaints are 1) the plastic stopper on the cords came off, so I couldn't tighten the storage bag. 2) It ripped easily, which was surprising. I have a couple of Chico bags that are over 5 years old and never tore, but this one got a couple of small holes in it. Maybe the corner or one of my books nicked it, but I was really going for more durability.

I was excited to receive this (a day earlier than expected, even!). Cross-body reusable lightweight bags aren't that easy to find. Unfortunately the one I just received is ripped at the seam where the bag opens (see photo). I expect quality control would be better than this. Chicobags are usually great, but this oversight might be enough to make me stick with my Flip & Tumble reusable bags. Thankfully, Amazon returns are free and easy!

This is my 3rd bag; one I keep in my car for an emergency, and the other, after a decade of heavy use, was just beginning to wear out. Extraordinarily useful, and a great size. I have to carry my whole office to work, and my briefcase just does not make it; this holds all the extra stuff. In addition, I use it as a photo bag (holds extra lenses, notebook, tripod, clipboard, water bottle, etc.).

Good strap length and bag size for my purposes. However I took it on a 3-week trip for its first extended use, and was disappointed that the what-do-you-call-it binding(?) trim(?) that runs along the top edge of the bag part pulled off/came unstitched/separated from the bag itself -- in 3 places, leaving ugly gaps.

I absolutely adore this bag. It is easy to stuff back into the attached sack, can clip onto your purse if you want to save inside space, and is made of a strong material. Also - the long straps make it easier to carry around when it is filled. I use it whenever I go shopping, because I don't like to push a cart or carry a basket. You won't be disappointed

i have couple if these and use for groceries, shopping, traveling being very multifunctional - extremely durable able to carry heavy loads - very compact easy to open and repack after use - keep in my purse and car - washes nicely - have had no problems with them deteriorating at all - comfortable wide shoulder strap - highly recommend and well worth the $

Great size, comfortable even when very full. It even actually folds right back up into its little pouch without any problems! Sturdy, I definitely overfill it regularly and so far so good

I use everyday and I love it so much, really good size!
