Fobus FiveseveN Holster
I don't know how much help will this be for everyone, I bought this holster for my FiveseveN airsoft replica. Made by TM.First of all. I searched the whole of Europe and most of Asia for this holster. You see...for airsoft players, the fiveseven isn't all that common so the gear to accommodate it is rather scarce. The replica is a perfect match to the shape of the real thing, for this reason, the holster fits the airsoft pistol perfectly right out of the box...or rather zip-lock bag.The construction material is a nice, good quality black plastic, molded to the shape of the gun, so it really has a very low profile and no sharp edges to catch on your clothes/uniform. It also features a pair of screws between the plates, to adjust it's holding tension. Screws that sit on a rubber O-ring so they do not destroy the plastic. The upper part, that holds the holster to the belt clip is held together by a series of 3 screws that have a reinforced backing, so no chance of failure.Another nice part is the belt clip. It's rounded to grip your hip well, and it's under side is covered by an adherent layer of red rubber, so it will not slide back and forth and a pair of upwards facing hooks. This prevents it from jumping off your belt. The main advantage of this holster...and the main reason I searched for it is actually...not necessarily a design flaw in the gun, but a problem for sure: it's magazine release. The thing is a bit oversized and has a nasty tendency to bump into either your hip or the back of normal holsters, releasing the magazine. I lost two of those magazines on the field and decided this has to stop. All in all, a good quality, well constructed product. A cheap solution to a very expensive problem I had. Already recommended it to the other two guys that sport this replica in my country, one of them has already bought one.

Cheap cheap cheap
This holster doesn’t fit right at all. Once you can finally get your FN 5.7 into it, it’s extremely hard to get it back out. Also it scratched the top of my slide pretty good. And Yes I did use the adjustable screw on the side... took it all the way out.Hot trash out of 5 stars 👍🏼

BOUGHT THIS FOR MY RUGER 57
I JUST RECEIVED ONE OF THESE FROM AMAZON ON 12/20/20 AND IT WAS SO TIGHT ON MY RUGER 57 THAT I HAD A HARD TIME GETTING MY GUN TO PULL OUT. . . I SOLVED THE PROBLEM BY USING A THIN SAW AND SLIT THE SPLIT AREA ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM. I REPLACED THE SUPPORT SCREW AND POLISHED THE ROUGH PLASTIC EDGES WITH A FINGERNAIL EMERY BOARD. I THEN WIPED THE WHOLE INSIDE WITH A CLOTH SOAKED WITH WD-40. (DON'T FORGET TO ALWAYS SHAKE WELL. YOUR CAN OF WD-40) MY RUGER 57 SLIDES EASY AS PIE. I THINK I'M GOING TO LIKE THIS ONE.. One star out of the bag. 4+ stars if you make it work for you
30+ years with a large California Law Enforcement operation. SWAT, Gang Enforcement, Training Division, POST Certified Firearms Instructor, I could go on. This holster is horrible out of the bag. If you want this holster to fit your needs, then you will have to make it fit your needs. As delivered, my FOBUS FN57 holster pinched the business end of the weapon to provide a tight fit; causing, potentially, the slide to do what slides do – move into cocking position. #1: Place your thumb over the rear of the slide while holstering the weapon. #2: Do not use this holster unless you have several minutes to figure out how to safely remove the weapon. It’s really tight. Too tight.Reviewer dated 10/27/15 tells me he spent 45 minutes with his Dremel to remove some plastic holster material. SO, having a Dremel, I spent 45+ minutes removing material from my new holster. Working on the business end only. I used a metal cutting mandrel and a fine metal file to finish it off. I may have removed 1/32 of material, maybe a bit more. Still firm, not loose, very secure, and when I grab my weapon, it breaks without causing me concern. That’s what you want when you need to break the holster quickly. No concern.Reviewer dated 11/30/14 suggested “… A little dab of white Lithium, and zip.” I think that’s a bad idea.

Very tight fit in FN57
I had to double shim the adjustment screw to fit my firearm correctly but after that it's fine.

Good fit for the original Five Seven.
I was worried that the fit wasn't going to be that good based on some reviews, the original Five Seven fits perfect. With leather holsters that are tight you can wrap your pistol in grocery bags and leave it in the holster to loosen up. I thought I may have to do that but it fit great. The trigger is covered and the holster will not engage or disengage the safety when used.

Like jamming a vhs into a 8 track
I own Fobus holsters for all my pistols and they fit great, but this one is way too tight for the five seven. Will not fit the fkll. I found this out after the fact.

Terrible.
Have the FN Five Seven, fits so tight it took my 5 minutes to get it out of the holdster. Would rate it 0 stars if I could.
