I don’t recommend these for an adult. I purchased five of these and they are all child size.

This underwear is very nice. It's comfortable, it's true to size, altho this sizing chart is NOT conducive to American sizes, they fit as advertised. The only negative comment I will make is that I agree with a few other male customers in that the pouch in front is a bit small even for an avg. size adult male. You kinda dropped the ball on this Jockmail. If you are a small size guy ....maybe these are for you. Also, delivery was VERY slow.

I purchased them for my boyfriend. They were too small for a large size. I'm medium so I kept them.... bad decision.... they are still too small and they are super uncomfortable. Love the color and the design but definitely not something I would purchase again.
