Hi. Adapters are listed here on Amazon. Please note that the item listed here is the heaviest pedals set in the market with 4.5 LBs weight. Q: Are these compatible with marcy recumbent bikes?

Hi Laura, There are two size threads for most recumbent bicycles pedals. I'm not sure what Marcy's size is. The pedals I know you can get in both thread sizes. Your manual or a website research should give you an answer on your model size. The pedals themselves are great!! I have a pair on my inside and outside recumbent bikes. Sorry I could not give you a definite answer.

Yes. However, there are 2 different thread sizes for bike pedals. For stationary bikes for sure. Make sure you get the right on size that fits your bike
