Portable Electric Space Heater, SENDOW 1200W PTC Ceramic Heater Fan with Adjustable Thermostat Overheat & Tip-over Protection Auto Oscillation

Most heaters will shut off once the temperature reaches the thermostat setting. That's what I prefer. However, with this heater, once the temperature reaches the thermostat setting, it turns off the "heat", but the blower keeps blowing! Needless to say, the air coming out of it is cold and will keep blowing until the temperature drops enough to cause the heat to come back on. This means that the air is constantly blowing on me, first warm, and then cold. If I want to stop the cold air, I have to push the power button to turn the unit off. What a stupid way to program its functionality. I gave some stars for the sleek design and the oscillating option, which are both very nice. I am returning the unit due to the senseless way that it works.

Heats up fast but when temp is reached it continues to blow cold air & does not shut off. I thought it was temp controlled with auto off, did I miss something?

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This portable heater is very handy for small room. It gives you 3 modes, fan only, warm and hot. I personally feel you need hot mode if you have a bigger room. I use warm mode when I am using it on my desk, which is quite sufficient. I like the digital display with temperature control buttons. The oscillating function is nice to have. I don't like the noise it makes, it 's quite loud than my previous heater. Also, it doesn't shut off when the room reaches desired temperature.

Bought it just in case in November . We live in Wisconsin . I am glad I did . As we stayed home during polar vortex and our heater could not keep up with that cold . Temperature was set at 72 at the home heater, but only 65 could be reached. This little monster kept us warm . It was running 12 hours non stop in the different rooms.

This is a surprisingly good heater. The rotation degree covers enough of the area I needed. The heat it expells is quite impressive.The only downside for me was that the temperature is in C instead of F. So it may be tricky to know the right temperature, but it dies the job for what I needed.

Seemed like this unit would have everything you want temperature control oscillation but you get what you pay for barely lasted two months before quit working. It's bad enough that they quit working but the way it quit was it shorted out and Sparks flew like a mini fireworks.

Instructions are terrible. Does not tell you if the heater turns off after a certain amount of time. Turned it on to heat to 70 degrees. Hit the 3 red mode for maximum heat. Unit turned off at 60 degrees and started blowing COLD air. Piece of junk. May be great as a fan in summer but doesn't work to heat a room. Don't waste your money on this unit.

Was working great but stopped altogether in less that a month. No signs of burnout, just stopped turning on.. Otherwise, it was really easy to set up, very quiet and heated up a room quickly. Also a plus that it oscillates and uses fan mode for cool air, which helped me dry my floors quickly after mopping. It was a great product while it lasted but unfortunately, i had to return.
