Lumbar Pillow for Chair and Car, Back Support for Office, Memory Foam Cushion with Mesh Cover - Azure

Right away, I realized I got lucky. This lumbar support is so well designed and made, that I realized it really should cost more. It stops nicely to my desk chair. It took less than a minute to attach it with really nice quality stretch stapes and forever space age plastic quick release buckles. It is a high density foam rubber, inside a perfectly made cover that breathes, never feeling sweaty/stuffy. I really reedit/use it, because I have had a bad back for nearly 40 years. I can tell anyone, "this lumbar support is the best money can buy. It works great and relieves pain." I thought of buying another one, incase I ever wear this one out. Then I realized I will never wear it out, even if I use it all the rest of my life.With the adjustable steps that hold the support to my chair, I can raise and lower it along my spine and pin point right where I'm feeling pain. This lumbar support pillow is a VERY GOOD product. Not cheap in any way. I love it !

I bought the grey one, looks fine. I don’t have any significant back problems but the seat adjuster is broken in my work truck so I needed something to help with posture and position. This is not too firm, not too squishy just very comfortable. The extension really helps for fitting it to the seat. But you may have to go back and tighten it after initial use. Otherwise it goes from barely fitting to sliding back and forth out of position. It may be better for extended driving. I’m in and out all day, so it’s kinda a nuisance to get it just right. The fabric also catches on my clothes so that drags it sideways a lot. But I’m getting used to it and while I would have preferred a more seamless experience, I have definitely noticed a difference in comfort and posture while driving and throughout the day. If it helps I’m about 185lbs and 5’7” with fullness in the back. Someone slimmer might not have to fuss with it as much, but then it might not feel as supportive either?Update: Been using it for about a month and still love it! All the initial kinks are worked out and I swear my posture has improved. It holds up. I have to reposition occasionally but its not the nuisance I thought it would be. It’s extremely comfortable!!!Update: This gets better with use. It doesn’t bother me anymore. I just got used it to it dragging a little. It holds up! I need it, so I’m happy to adjust.

I do like this back supportive cushion. I like that it has elastic straps with buckles that I can make tighter or looser depending on the size of the chair. It does make you sit more on the edge of your chair, but it does support my back which is what I was looking for. I also like that the cushion has a zippered cover you can take off and wash if needed.

This pillow helped reduce my back pain. It is firm and bulky feeling at first, but contours to your body quickly. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Great back support for a chair

I drive a mail truck for a living and the seats in the truck are about 30+ years old. That translates into 0 lumbar back support. I bought a mesh support from Amazon and gave it a try. It did give me the support I needed but the metal frame that supports the mesh is wide and was in the way of my elbows which were hitting the frame constantly. The funny bone is not all that funny when you hit it 50 times a day. It's not that funny hitting it once a day....so I decided I needed a soft side support and bought the Love Home Memory Foam support. I knew that the memory foam would condense and that would compromise the support that these things are made for but my elbows needed a change so I bought it any way. At first the support feels nice but within a short time the weight and heat from your back cause the device to shrink and you lose most of your support so this one doesn't work for me in my truck.I went back to the mesh model and tolerate the bruised elbows for now. However, I do find that it is the perfect depth for my neck when I lie down flat or on my side so it may be useful as a pillow for me. My head doesn't weigh enough to condense the foam very much. Those of you with large brains may not find this to be the case. :) I gave it three stars because I may have another use for this pillow but for back support I don't recommend it.

I paid $20 for an "automobile" lumbar support for my recliner and its perfect for that, but I wanted one for my office chair as the recliner support isn't ideal for my office chair. So I decided to check out Amazon since they have a much better selection. I got this one here for about the same price as the one I got at Walmart for my recliner.Normally I wait a few days to review something, but occasionally there is reason to post earlier. This is such an occasion. At the moment, I can't think (or find) any real negatives, so I'm gonna list off the positives as they are today and update accordingly if need be.For one, the material cover, while mesh, is about as high quality as mesh can be while still remaining comfortable (bear in mind that mesh will wear quicker than solid fabric. The foam inside, based on outward feeling, is high quality. My biggest like is the elastic straps. They are NOT cheap. The straps are attached to a thick material strap sewn into the sides. It even comes with two bonus 'extenders' which were definitely needed for my chair. Its just snug enough that I can fit it on my chair comfortably without it moving up and down as I get up and sit back down from my chair.I would NOT recommend this support cushion for recliners or sofa chairs, but if you are looking for a cushion support for an office chair (or kitchen chair) or some other firm chair, its the ideal product.
