Unit seems good, instructions absolutely inadequate.
While the capabilities of the oven seemIdeal, the instruction manual is very poor. It appears to be written by someone completely familiar with the oven and not for new users who need to be gently led into its multi uses. A great shame that one cannot immediately enjoy the the ovens potential without a learning struggle.
