Very little coconut taste,
It took almost a half a bottle to flavor my curry dish, I mix it with soymilk (I am vegan) to achieve a coconut taste. Want buy this product again it took over a week to get it shipped.

So Good!
I used this for my coconut cream pie recipe and my coconut-lime cookies and it gave SUCH a great flavor. I love that it is organic; I am always wondering what labels mean when they say "natural flavors" and "artificial flavors." So, since it is organic I feel a little better about what I'm putting in my desserts for flavoring. Bottom line: taste great and really boosts the coconut flavor in dishes.
