I LOVE these. I keep them in my purse for the heck of it. Never been a water drinker until the Liquid IVs came around and I am hooked. Tastes great and worth getting the 16 pack versus individual sticks. A+

I’m so happy I decided to buy these.I take medications that causes you to be dehydrated. I feel much more hydrated, I feel myself being able to wake up and feel better as far as hydration and body aches go. I’m a tumbler hoarder and I use a venti Starbucks plastic tumbler. I fill in almost to the rim with ice water and then pour a whole packet into it. I will say, you do have to stir it really well because I made the mistake of just swirling around and sucked up a lot of powder clumps. I mixed it with a butter knife and it worked like a charm. Sometimes I like to add in a very little amount of a sugar free flavoring packet if I want a bit more sweetness but on its own, it’s sweet but not over-powering. *for reference, I bought the strawberry flavor and if I do want that extra little bit of sweetness, I use a strawberry lemonade flavoring (chefs kiss).And to add on to the effectiveness of this, I work in the shipping industry and I spend most of my days in the warehouse. Where I live (South Carolina) it gets VERY HOT and humid especially in not well ventilated buildings. A week ago, I was in the warehouse for 6 hours straight, profusely sweating and hot to the point I got overheated and almost passed out. I was nauseous, had the worst headache, and my hands were shaky. One of my coworkers gave me a packet of the lemon lime flavors of this brand and within 30 minutes, all my issues went away. I was a little hesitant at first to order because i just thought that they were just another form of water flavoring. I find these actually give me a good pick me up when I feel sluggish and give me more stamina for my workouts. I think the taste is good. I will probably repurchase. I might try the sugar free first.

I've been using Liquid I.V.® Hydration Multiplier in Strawberry, and it’s a solid choice for staying hydrated. While it’s refreshing, I wish the strawberry flavor was a bit more pronounced. It's not bad by any means, but if you prefer a more intense taste, this might feel a little light.That being said, it still works great for hydration, and the convenience of 16 servings in one pack is fantastic. Great product and taste. My son is stationed over sea's and loves this stuff. High health benefits for him. Sadly they do not offer this product on base where he is at, so ordering it through Amazon made it quick and easy. Love the flavor and mixes easily in a water bottle....

I think it tastes great and it dissolves completely in water after some shaking of my water bottle. It's much healthier to drink than Gatorade.
