Excellent blister protection and callous reducer!! Easy to cut/shape and stays on great
I've been using this brand for maybe 4+ years already. During Covid I started walking a lot more to get groceries to get out of my place and walked in some very comfy sandals. But I developed a very bad blister on one spot. I saw a podiatrist and found out that due to my right hip I didn't walk with my right foot planting exactly straight and this slight off angle created friction with one of the sandal straps. So I found this product on Amazon.com and have used it ever since. I cut enough strips to pile them up in layers so that the valley in my big toe on my right foot is filled and the strap no longer rubs into the extended area of my big toe. Very easy to cut and place and it can stay on despite showers, etc for a week before I need to redo it. And comes off if you want to remove it. Now at most I get a little bit of a callous which is easily taken care of in the shower using a dried skin removal device and then applying some moisturizer. So definitely recommend highly!

Incredible, hard to remove
I needed bandages to protect my skin from getting blisters on my feet, and these bandages did just the trick!!! I purchased to wear while walking around Disney World. I am amazed at how long these lasted!! I walked more than 20,000 steps, swam in the pool and the bandage was holding on tight. The fabric did start to show signs of wear mid-day but I didn’t care, it prevented my skin from getting irritated from all the walking… now removing the bandage was not pleasant, after wearing from sun up to sun down it was still a struggle to remove.

This stuff works, just get it.
My husband had a surgical procedure to remove a lipoma in a rather "private" area, and wound care was quite the challenge. I was worried after the sutures were removed, as part of the incision skin gaped open. I decided to try this kit, but I also purchased the smaller squares that come in a jar, as the gel that comes in the kit is like 3 x 4 and would not be easy to cut. So I got both the jar of gel thingies and this kit. I put one of the small gel pads and then used the knit adhesive over that, and it all stuck together and was less bulky, and didn't need to use a bunch of tape to try to keep it in place. The knit adhesive are very thin, but VERY adhesive, and held the gel square in place perfectly. I never knew about this product, and I think it is GREAT! The incision is closing as it should, and really speeding up the process, and more comfortable for my husband. Recommended.

Worked well for 3 days of Disney park-hopping
I got this to try to prevent blisters for my recent trip to Disney World. I covered all my "hot spots" and didn't get any blisters the first two days and I was thrilled. I usually end up with blisters on my two smallest toes on each foot after just a half day of walking (whether it be in Disney or just out and about shopping or a museum or something), so I think this stuff helped a lot! By the third day, I did end up with a few blisters on the very top of my pinky toes that I don't normally get...I think it had to do with how I was covering the toes with the wrap. I put them around the sides and then another piece to cover the top.The next time I used these for all-day walking, I covered my toes around the top first with a longer strip and then added a little rectangle to close the loop on the bottom of my toe. It seemed to work pretty well! I'll give it 4 stars for now and I've just purchased another box, so I'll update if I have better results.I am also trying the dressing kit and the blister kit, as both come with additional moist pads that may help me better. Hopefully I can write a comparison soon.

Great for hiking. Worked for thru hiking for me.
I’m usually note prone to blisters but had a few thru hiking this summer plus many hot spots that wanted to blister. I used this to cover those hot spots. This stuff works great. Better than regular/thicker moleskin. If this wrinkles slightly, it’s no problem. Do that with regular moleskin and it can be super uncomfortable. It also stays in place. I ran out of this and had to use regular moleskin on the ball of my foot for a few days and it migrated, eventually wrinkling up and having to be removed. This stuff doesn’t migrate. It will also stay on for days as long as your feet stay reasonably dry.It doesn’t work well in wet conditions. If you are doing river crossings or showering, I wouldn’t count on it lasting. (Occasionally it will, but it’s not reliable that way.) Does fine with an ordinary amount of sweat and clamyness that comes with hiking.I generally could put some of this on at the beginning of a segment and it would last 3-6 days until my next town stop/shower.

Best blister protection for long runs
I am currently training for a marathon and have common areas prone to blistering. I tried everything, including moleskin and 2nd skin blister pads. I put the Spenco 2nd skin 1" gel pads (awesome product as well) on my blistered areas and secured with this adhesive knit. Just be sure the entire gel pad is covered. I ran 21 miles and started to get some irritation at mile 10. Keep in mind I have very sensitive feet so I was happy to get to 10 miles pain free. I had some minor rubbing for the last 11 miles. I was afraid that when I finished and removed the sock it was going to be an ugly sight. I had only 1 very minor blister and nothing else. I was thrilled. This will be my go to for all my runs including the actual marathon. I should mention that the 1small blister I got was because I did not cover the entire gel pad with the adhesive knit and it shifted during the run. Had I covered it completely, I think I would have been fine. I highly recommend trying this product.

Great comfort for extra adhesion to blister bandaids
I had to buy some of these when I had a really big blister. I put a cushion band aid and then I put this over top of it to give it extra protection. Works great and it is easily removable for when you need to change the dressing.
