Inca's Food Mixed Sampler - Aji Amarillo, Aji Panca, and Aji Rocoto - (3) 7.5 Oz Jars

I made the best tasting Peruvian chicken and Peruvian beans with these sauces ! Just like in my visit to Cusco, Peru.

A wonderful set for Peruvian cooking! I am halfway through the aji panca, which I use in arroz tapado. I love the other 2 too, a must have for Peruvian households. I grew up with these in the kitchen and am happy to use them myself

We have been experimenting with Peruvian recipes, and all three of these sauces are needed. A great value, the taste is wonderful, and we'll be buying these again.

I am very pleased because each of the three bottles came carefully wrapped and cushioned. None of the seals broke in transit, and none of the glass containers was cracked or broken. Although I haven't yet used these seasoning condiments, I look forward to doing so in chicken marinades.

Wonderful tasting sauces. Seller did an exceptional job packing the glass jars. All three jars were bubble wrapped, and additional packing was on top and bottom of them.

I got these to make Peruvian recipes, but the heat of these spices is so high that no one I know can eat anything cooked with them. Only buy these if you are already familiar with how hot they are. For me it was a waste of money.

I recently purchased the Inca’s Food Mixed Sampler, which includes Aji Amarillo, Aji Panca, and Aji Rocoto. This sampler has been a valuable addition to my kitchen.The primary reason for buying this sampler was to experiment with Peruvian flavors, and it didn’t disappoint. The Aji Panca paste worked wonders in a Spicy Aji Panca Pork Stir-Fry I made. It provided a rich, smoky flavor that elevated the dish. The result was satisfying, and got an addition to my recipe collection.For Peruvian Independence Day, I decided to make Papas a la Huancaina, and the Aji Amarillo paste from this sampler was a key ingredient. My Peruvian friend, who’s quite particular about this dish, remarked that it tasted authentic. So the quality is definitely up to par. Of course, nothing will be as good as fresh peppers.In terms of pricing, I did find it a bit cheaper at an international food market later on, but having these three pastes conveniently bundled together was a time-saver.The sampler is a practical choice for those interested in exploring Peruvian cuisine and their wonderful peppers. It’s allowed me to experiment with the variety provided. Highly satisfied with this purchase.

A big thank you to this company for providing these sauces! I am allergic to allium (garlic & onions) and this is the only safe sauce I've found ever. These three sauces are so different from each other, all super flavorful.The Aji Panca (darkest one)is extremely mild in terms of heat. It's rich with a slightly smoky, strong paprika/chipotle flavor. I added lime and bkack pepper to it.The Rocoto (red one)took my breath away it was so spicy! I am a wimp though, but be warned. It tastes very complex and reminds me of salsa in its smell and taste.The Aji Amarillo (yellow/orange one)it's about the same spice level as tobasco, but amazingly bright and the fruitiest of the three by far. Absolutely lovely and versatile. More of a sweet, fresh bell pepper aroma and flavor, with that hit of heat.
