Great bench at a great price
Bench has everything I need for a quick workout at home and you can't beat the price. you'll need to trim the tabs holding the fly arms but that took 2 minutes. Very sturdy and I like the arms for bench they're wider than my last bench ,the weight bar doesn't flip up when you take a plate off.

Not too bad for a basic apartment gym
I have the "Red Carbon" because it has about all the basic exercise options for the full body. After using this for about a month, I think would be a good time to review this product.Positives:This fits nicely in a 200 sq ft space, there's still some room to walk by while it's unfolded. The bench is level on medium pile carpet. And I like how you can fold it when you're done using it.Negatives:While some of the images for this product state this is an "olympic weight bench", unfortunately this was actually designed specifically for a "standard" weight set.The rack is too narrow for a 7ft olympic bar, I have to slide my hands outward after unracking the bar to get a proper grip on the bar for olympic bench pressing, and then sliding my hands clear before racking. The pegs on the chest fly and leg lift are designed to fit "standard" plates (that have 1" center hole inserts).Either you need (to get) a "standard" weight set or use weight plate adapters if you're (going to) setup for olympic weightlifting. The chest fly will only fit 9" diameter olympic plates due to the adjustment bar the bench rest sits against while the leg lift bar will fit about 20" diameter olympic plates. The other problem I have is I cannot adjust the preacher so that my entire upper arm can properly rest against the pad. Notice how the subject in the preacher curl images shows only his elbows are resting against the preacher pad.If you do dumbell preacher curls, the preacher arm can get in the way. You could either remove the arm with 2 socket wrenches or insert the preacher pad sideways where the very bottom of the bar just sits right on top of the lock knob. Unfortunately you will have to squat or use external upholstery with this method.

Great for the price!
Very sturdy, easy to assemble and awesome price! I also like way it folds up, doesn't take up a lot space... highly recommend

What is this, a bench for ants?!
Genuinely the most laughable piece of garbage I've ever been "tricked" to buy (obviously I blame myself for going through with the purchase but everything they discuss is smoke and mirrors). My identity got stolen by a Chinese health ring earlier this year and I still consider this a bigger mistake.First off, this bench is tiny! I couldn't do any bench press because the bars are directly in the spot where average humans place their hands on the barbell.Secondly, it's made out of the lightest trash material- which means it slides around with the slightest breeze. Finally, it's unstable. The barbell doesn't sit balanced so you can't add weights like normal otherwise the barbell flips off. And the "lock pins" don't keep a firm position so it rocks back and forth any time you try to hold a position. Ultimately, a danger to your form and potentially aiding to hurting yourself.Go ahead and buy it if you're no taller than 3ft and don't plan on using a barbell with it.

Perfect for Home Workouts – Practical, Durable, and Space-Savin
I got this Weight Bench Set with Squat Rack for my teenage son, and it’s been a game-changer for his daily workouts! What really stands out is how space-saving and efficient the design is. The squat rack and bench are easy to set up and store, making it perfect for our home gym, where space is limited. My son loves how sturdy it feels, and it gives him the freedom to do a full range of exercises – from bench presses to squats – all in one setup. He’s been using it every day, and the quality is excellent. It’s really well-built, holds up to his intensity, and looks great in the room too. If you’re looking for a solid, affordable, and practical piece of equipment for home workouts, this set is a winner. My son is thrilled with it, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase!

It’s just ok
The chest fly handles don’t work and the curl bar doesn’t work either. The set up isn’t wide enough so you’re forced to narrow your grip. The bench isn’t long enough. It’s got alot of issues but it’s cheap and a space saver. It’s good enough to get a workout in and if you have free weights then it becomes much more useful. Overall it’s ok but not what I would expect for $200.
